Built around a central swimming pool and Mangalore-tile gabled roofs, this villa pairs exposed brick, cut stone and timber with a complete Woodminium glazing envelope. An alpine-chalet style lakeside villa in Kabini wrapped in deep walnut wood-grain Woodminium windows, sliders and French doors that open to the pool deck and backwaters. Set on a sloping plot beside the Kabini backwaters, this two-storey chalet pairs steep timber-clad gables with a continuous run of walnut wood-grain aluminium openings. Woodminium delivered the full envelope - large two-panel sliders to balconies and pool deck, slim French doors, fixed picture windows in the gables, and small ventilators in service areas - all matched to the cedar cladding and stone plinth.

The Ganesh's Residence is a multi-storey private home built around large family living spaces, an open kitchen, sun-drenched terraces and generously proportioned bedrooms. Woodminium delivered the entire glazing envelope - full-wall living room sliders, kitchen and utility windows, three-panel terrace sliders, top-hung ventilators, narrow horizontal slit windows and a custom large balcony slider in the master suite. Shruti's Residence is a contemporary corner-plot villa in a quiet Bangalore residential lane. Woodminium delivered the entire glazing envelope - tall narrow casement windows for the bedrooms and stairwell, twin bronze sliding windows for the living room with integrated mosquito mesh, and matching service windows. Every opening uses a slim dark-bronze powder-coated aluminium profile that reads as a crisp shadow line against the white render and steps perfectly with the home's clean modernist massing.

A grand double-height banquet and convention hall wrapped in tall wood-finish aluminium windows, French doors and balcony sliders - engineered for daylight, acoustic comfort and event-scale openings. SB Convention Hall is a landmark events venue with a barrel-vaulted main banquet, twin pre-function lobbies and full-perimeter balconies. Woodminium delivered the entire glazing envelope - over 60 tall windows, French entry doors, balcony sliders and decorative clerestory glazing - all in a wood-grain dark walnut finish that complements the cream-and-gold classical interior. Every opening was sized for the hall's 8m+ ceiling and detailed for acoustic isolation during weddings, conferences and ceremonies.

Nature Knots is a tropical-modern hospitality property where every guest space - from the central dining hall to private cottages - opens directly into landscaped courtyards, lily ponds and banana-leaf gardens. Woodminium delivered the entire glazing envelope: oversized 3-track sliding doors for the dining and lounge areas, French casement doors with full-height fixed glazing for the cottages, and custom dark-bronze finished aluminium frames that vanish against the foliage.
