A landmark Renaissance high-rise community in Bengaluru - Woodminium delivered the clubhouse glazing, top-hung amenity windows and slim black-framed apartment openings across the towers.

Renaissance Reserva is a multi-tower residential community wrapped in white render and ochre accents, with cantilevered balconies and stepped facades. Woodminium supplied the full glazing package for the clubhouse amenities - the rooftop gymnasium, billiards lounge, co-working study and banquet dining hall - plus matching slim black-framed top-hung and fixed windows across the apartment towers. Every opening uses multi-point locking, EPDM weather gaskets and toughened DGU glass tuned for Bengaluru wind loads at height.

The story

The clubhouse sits on the upper level of the central tower, where panoramic glazing wraps the gym, billiards room and study. We used full-height fixed lites paired with chain-operated top-hung vents - the vents project outward to catch cross-breezes without blocking the skyline view, and the slim black frames keep sightlines crisp from inside.

The banquet dining hall uses two large picture windows divided into fixed and top-hung sections, framing the inner courtyard while keeping the room ventilated during events. In the corner study suites, oversized projecting top-hung sashes pull air across the workstations and frame distant city views.

Across the apartment towers, the same matte-black Woodminium language carries through - slim-frame casements and sliders behind the cantilevered balconies, all matched in finish and detailing to the clubhouse package for a single visual identity across the community.
