The street elevation balances three textures - ivory plaster, a charcoal-grey stone-finish concrete frame and a vertical WPC louver box that screens the upper bedroom. Behind the louvers and the terracotta jali, the entire upper floor opens through teak Woodminium sliders so the family can throw the house open in the evenings without losing privacy.

Inside, the double-height foyer pairs a steel-and-timber floating staircase with a tall side window framed in dark teak Woodminium - the frame disappears against the brick feature wall and pulls garden light deep into the entry. The formal living room sits behind a full-height two-panel slider opening to the jali courtyard, with a yellow wing chair anchoring the reading corner.

Bedrooms repeat the same teak palette: master and guest rooms use balcony sliders with slim sightlines and recessed black handles, while the kids' room gets a smaller sliding door onto its own balcony with patterned curtains. In the kitchen, a compact teak-framed sliding window above the quartz counter pulls in fresh air without breaking the modular wall line.
