A statesman's private residence wrapped in dark walnut wood-finish aluminium sliders, French doors and casement windows - engineered for security, privacy and uninterrupted family living across multiple terraces.

The Ganesh's Residence is a multi-storey private home built around large family living spaces, an open kitchen, sun-drenched terraces and generously proportioned bedrooms. Woodminium delivered the entire glazing envelope - full-wall living room sliders, kitchen and utility windows, three-panel terrace sliders, top-hung ventilators, narrow horizontal slit windows and a custom large balcony slider in the master suite. Every profile is finished in a deep walnut wood-grain powder coat, paired with white safety grilles to match the home's classical-modern interior palette.

The story

The brief called for premium wood-finish aluminium frames that would feel as warm as joinery while delivering the security and weatherproofing the family expected. We specified a deep walnut grain powder coat across every opening - sliders, casements, ventilators and slit windows - so the entire envelope reads as a single material story.

The main living room opens through three large two-track sliders onto a covered balcony with classical baluster railing, framing the front-garden view. In the kitchen, a wide top-hung-and-fixed window above the counter brings daylight to the work surface while a white cross-grille provides ground-floor security.

Upstairs, a long open terrace is enclosed in three-panel sliders along one side and frosted privacy panels along the other - letting the family use the terrace as an outdoor lounge in any weather. The master bedroom features a wide three-panel slider opening onto a private balcony with grille screen.

Bathroom top-hungs and a horizontal slit window in the dining wall complete the package, ensuring every space - even service areas - is daylit and ventilated through Woodminium systems.
